Born and raised in New York, I get how complex this city is—and how that mirrors what’s going on inside us. Therapy is about hitting pause, cutting through the noise, and giving yourself space to figure things out—no judgment, no pressure.
I work with people in the middle of life’s “what now?” from career shifts, identity exploration, relationship changes—helping them untangle the mess, break out of unhelpful patterns, and move forward in a way that actually feels right. My approach pulls from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy, blending deep work with real, actionable steps.
I offer in-person sessions in Midtown and virtual therapy across New York, through Brooklyn Integrative Psychological Services.
New York moves fast. Your healing doesn’t have to.
Let’s talk, I wanna hear your story.
