Frequently Asked Questions

  • My standard rate is $160 for a 55-minute individual therapy session and $225 for a 60- minute couples session.

  • I am an in-network provider with Aetna and Cigna. If you have a different insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for part of the cost of therapy. Many plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield offer out-of-network coverage—check with your provider to see what’s available.

  • Yeah! I offer free 15 minute consultations.

  • Book a consultation—let’s see if we vibe!

  • In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re struggling with, and what you want to get out of our work together. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions, and for me to explain how I work and what to expect from our time together. We’ll also start identifying your goals for therapy, which will help us stay focused and guide our work going forward. No need to over-prepare—you can come in with specific things on your mind or just bring yourself, and we’ll take it from there.

  • Life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the full session. If you miss a session without enough notice, you’ll be charged for the full session. If something urgent comes up, just reach out as soon as you can, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.

  • Yeah! I’m available for in-person sessions in Midtown Manhattan. I also offer hybrid sessions, so you can choose (with notice) between in-person or remote depending on what works best for you.
